Hachez finement la gousse d&rsquo;ail, hachez finement la feuille de persil et m\u00e9langez avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Remuez rapidement les cubes de pain (pour qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;absorbent pas trop) et disposez-les c\u00f4t\u00e9 cro\u00fbte vers le bas dans un plat \u00e0 four.<\/p>\n\n<p>Coupez le poivron en deux, retirez les graines et les tiges et hachez finement la chair. R\u00e2pez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de zeste de citron vert, m\u00e9langez-le avec le reste de l&rsquo;huile assaisonn\u00e9e et incorporez-y les champignons. Disposez les champignons \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des cubes de pain dans le plat \u00e0 four (ou utilisez deux bols). Placez le ou les plats au four pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes. Les cubes de pain doivent \u00eatre croustillants et les champignons cuits. Coupez le fromage de lin en tranches un peu plus \u00e9paisses et coupez-les en morceaux d&rsquo;environ 3 cm. Pr\u00e9parez 12 piles de fromage de 4 \u00e0 5 morceaux chacune.
